Half Mast
I think we should cut the flag poles in half.
That way, we can mourn but still have some sense of
Normalcy.
We haven’t used the top halves in years anyway.
What with so many cyclones, and earthquakes,
Tsunamis, wars, famines, and
High gas prices
Going on all the time.

Sorry I’m commenting on something from 2,000 years ago. I haven’t caught up with your blog lately…I didn’t have a good system for keeping track, but now I do.
